A Little More About Me

I’m Veronica Tan, co-founder of Success Resources, and for more than 30 years I’ve dedicated my life to empowering people through education, inspiration, and transformation.

When Richard and I started Success Resources in 1992, our dream was simple: to give people access to world-class mentors and practical tools that could change their lives. Today, that dream has grown into a global movement, impacting over 12 million people in 37 countries through more than 500 events every year.

I’m often called the “Queenmaker”, the one behind the scenes producing superstars and building platforms for leaders like Tony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, T. Harv Eker, and Gary Vee. But my true passion has always been people. I believe in turning brokenness into breakthroughs, in helping individuals see their worth, and in creating communities where growth never stops.

Faith has been my compass from the very beginning. It’s shaped the way I lead, the way I partner with Richard, and the way we’ve built Success Resources. Richard and I like to joke that he’s the General and I’m the Major. Together, we’ve led with discipline, purpose, and heart.

Along the way, I’ve been humbled to receive recognition such as the Global Women Inspiration Award in London, but the greatest reward is seeing lives transformed.

Through my book, People Often Ask Me, and the work we continue to do through SR, my mission is clear: to inspire women, families, and leaders everywhere to rise higher, live with purpose, and leave a legacy of love and impact.

This isn’t just my story, it’s a legacy in motion. And I’m honoured to share it with you.
